OvernightFrench Toast Soufflé   
             
Ingredients1loaf cinnamon bread1(8 oz) block cream cheese½cup brown sugar½cup butter2tbsp light karo syrup6eggs2cups heavy cream2tbsp cinnamon
PreparationMeltbutter, brown sugar and karo syrup in sauce pan over medium heat until sugar ismelted.  Pour in the bottom of 9x13pan.  Cut bread into 1 inch squares.  Cut cream cheese into small squares.  Layer half of bread squares over brown sugarmixture in the 9x13 pan.  Next sprinkle alayer of cream cheese squares.  Top withremaining bread squares. 
Whiskeggs, cream and cinnamon in a bowl until beaten thoroughly.  Pour over bread making sure to cover all thebread.  Press bread down if necessary.  Cover and store in fridge overnight.  Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-45minutes or until brown and set.  Sprinklewith a little powdered sugar if desired and honestly why would you not desirethat?
