Loveless Café PecanPie
Ingredients1 cup light corn syrup½ cup brown sugar3 eggs1 tsp pure vanillaextract¼ tsp ground cinnamon2 oz unsalted butter,melted1 ¼ cups pecan pieces10 inch pie crust
PreparationMix first six ingredientstogether with wire whisk until smooth. Place pecans in pie shell.  Pourcustard mix over nuts and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until fillingpuffs and rises above the edges of the pie shell.  Carefully remove pie from oven and let coolcompletely before serving.
