Crock Pot Crawfish Bisque

Ingredients1 pint half and half4 oz. Velvetta cheese, cubed4 tablespoons butter, cubed1 bunch green onions, chopped2 cans of potato soup2 cans of mushroom soup2 cans whole kernel corn, drained1-2 tablespoons Creole Seasoning2 cups vegetable broth1 package frozen crawfish tails, thawed
PreparationAdd all ingredients except crawfish toa slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shortly before bisque is done, sauté crawfish tails in one tablespoonbutter cooked through.  Add to bisque,stirring to combine well.  Serve withgarlic bread.
